A native Floridian and graduate of Florida State University, Pinki lives near Carrabelle, on St. George Island, and has a family home in Marietta, Georgia. Pinki is the force behind SeaSide Village coming to fruition. She is an experienced local developer, working closely with State, County and City governments for the approvals to make such an affordable luxury development possible. Pinki's keen choices in home design and colors incorporate the best of the coastal native beauty and lifestyle. Pinki's career spans over 20 years of executive management and administration in Georgia and Florida, with her extensive background in banking, mortgage finance, and real estate.

Developer - Judy Miller
Judy, a perfect "boomer" demographic for the "affordable luxury" of SeaSide Village, planned the 55+ active adult area, and other unique community amenities, from her social and comfort perspective. Judy's concepts of no stairs, a separate 55+ clubhouse and pool, and a community activities director, make the experience more accessible. Growing up in Florida, a University of Florida graduate and licensed Florida attorney, Judy has a home in Marin County, California near the Wine Country. Her current real estate development and finance activites include commercial and residential projects in Florida, Texas and California. Judy will be a resident of SeaSide Village.
