Location SeaSide Village is located in the eastern Florida panhandle community of Carrabelle, minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, and 10 minutes to championship golf. The capital city of Tallahassee is 60 minutes to the north, historic Apalachicola is 20 minutes west, and St. George Island is just a 30 minute ride.

From Tallahassee, Florida Take U.S. Hwy 319 South approximately 35 miles thru Sopchoppy to U.S. Hwy 98. Take U.S. Hwy 98 West about 10 miles, turn right onto Tallahassee Hwy/CR-67. Continue on CR-67 about 0.6 miles, turn right onto Avenue H North, cont. about 0.3 miles into SeaSide Village. From Panama City, Florida Take U.S. Hwy 98 East about 83 miles, turn left onto Tallahassee Hwy/CR-67. Continue on CR-67 about 0.6 miles, turn right onto Avenue H North, cont. about 0.3 miles into SeaSide Village. From Carrabelle, Florida From US Hwy 98 take Tallahassee Hwy/CR-67 north approximately 0.6 miles. Turn right onto Avenue H North and continue 0.3 miles into SeaSide Village.
